Wheel-chair accessible buses to scenic spots in Yangmingshan National Park

Currently the 108 bus to Yangmingshan National Park and park tour buses are not wheelchair accessible. If disabled visitors are able to walk for a short period of time and a companion can fold their wheelchair then shuttle bus 108 is more convenient. At present, the Spinal Cord Injury Foundation is working hard to promote a 108 bus wheel-chair accessible service that should be available in the near future.

Scenic Spot: Yangmingshan National Park Visitor Center (three routes)
(1) From Taipei Main Station: take bus 260 at Taipei Main Station (Zhengzhou) and get off at the Visitor Center Stop.
(2) Taipei Metro: Take the Taipei Metro Tamsui Line or Beitou Line to MRT Jiantan Station and transfer to Bus 260. Get off at the Visitor Center stop.
(3) From Chiang Kai-Shek Shilin Residence bus stop: Take step-entrance bus 1717 at Chiang Kai-Shek Shilin Residence stop and get off at Yangmingshan stop. Transfer to shuttle bus 108 (these buses are not accessible to wheelchair users, so handicapped passengers will require the assistance of a friend or relative to get on the bus and fold the wheelchair when boarding). Get off at the Visitor Center stop.

Scenic Spot: Erziping (three routes)
(1) From Taipei Main Station: Take Bus 260 from the 2nd North Gate at Taipei Main Station and get off at Yangmingshan stop (terminus). Take shuttle bus 108 (buses of Line 108 are not accessible to wheelchair users. They needs help of friends or relatives to get on the bus and fold wheelchairs for boarding)
(2) Take Tamsui Line or Beitou Line of Taipei Metro to MRT Jiantan Station and transfer to Bus Line Red 5. Get off at Yangmingshan stop (terminal station) for transfer. Take shuttle bus of Line 108 (these buses are not accessible to wheelchair users, so handicapped passengers will require the assistance of a friend or relative to get on the bus and fold the wheelchair when boarding).

Scenic Spot: Longfenggu
Wheelchair users can take bus 612 at MRT Jiantan Station stop, MRT Shilin Station stop or Zhongshan Elementary Station stop. Alternatively, take bus 508 at MRT Shipai Station stop and get off at Dunxu High School of Industry and Commerce stop. This route is not recommended because there are few step entrance buses.
景點:龍鳳谷
可於捷運劍潭站或士林站或中山國小站搭612或 石牌站搭508到惇敍工商, 因508低底盤公車班次少, 所以不建議

Wheelchair users can take bus 612 at MRT Jiantan Station stop, MRT Shilin Station stop or, Zhongshan Elementary Station stop. Alternatively, take bus 508 from MRT Shipai Station stop and get off at Dunxu High School of Industry and Commerce stop. This route is not recommended because there are few step entrance buses.
